Should the drinking age be lowered to 18??

Seen on the news todays where there is talk of lowering the legal drinking age to 18.Some will agrue that if a person is old enough to vote and serve in the armed forces then they should be able to legally buy a drink.
If the age is not lowered then should the age be raised to 21 in order to vote and serve your country??
How old should a person be to be considered an adult?

What ever Happened to Severe Weather Warning

I know there was talk earlier about getting sirens or some type of warning. What ever happened? Did I miss what the results were?

Graduation / Dropout Rates

If a student in, say, Portland High School moves to Bowling Green and immediately enrolls in Kentucky school there, this student is counted as a dropout from Portland High School. Apparently, there is no system in place to track students once they leave a Tennessee school. The State of Tennessee and Federal government rate school systems on their dropout rates, but nobody knows what the true dropout rate is?? Can this be true?
