Local bloggers out there?
Are there any Portland area bloggers out there with blogs on public sites like Blogger or individual URLs? One of the best Tennessee blogs out there is Volunteer Voters, which is on News 2 WKRN's website.

Any other local favorites? National favorites? International favorites?

I used to have a blog called Voluntarily in China back in 2004. One of these days I plan to start back up again. I took it down because I was just a little bit leery of the Chinese government censors. There have been arrests of Chinese bloggers for writing things against the government. I've never heard of foreigners getting in any trouble though.
Following are my most frequent blogging reads besides the Portland blog:
Left-wing political blogs

Moderate political blog

Right-wing political blogs
