How the Blog Works
At the request of several people, we have decide to post ALL comments to the blog as soon as the writer clikck "POST." There will no longer be a delay until somebody approves the comment.
The advantage of this: comments appear faster, and people can see changes to the blog in real time throughout the day.
The disadvantage of this: some "spam" comments will hit the blog and stay there for a little while. If you see spam, please ignore it.
The webmasters will still log on a couple of times a day and read ALL new comments. If we find any spam or any offensive comments, we'll delete them at that time.
We shall see how this new system works. Thanks!

I was just wanting to make a suggestion on what we should put in the old Ponderosa. My husband came up with the idea. Since KFC, Taco Bell, and Long John Silvers are all ran by the same corporation we should just make it all 3. I know someone would have to get it approved but it would give us 3 different selections that Portland doesn't have. We don't have fish, chicken or tacos. As for another steak house or sit down restaurant that would be great but we have seen how well those have worked in the past. This idea is great but as with all the other restaurants that have come to Portland we would have to have good employees to make it work, instead of a bunch of teenagers goofing off. But for that to happen it would have to pay good. Just a thought.

Frosty Freeze would be nice...and a fun place to have in Portland......so would an O'Charleys or Logans.......
I think the young people in town especially would love to have a place like that.
