I was so excited when we got a ponderosa, but it was not the food I think is why the restaurant did not make it, It was the management. I went in there the first day it open. Everything was wrong, I was even over charged, and I also left with a to go order that was not right. I called several times in one week to try to speak to a manager. I finally got to talk to the manager and she told me flat out in her own words " I don't have time for this right now". So I called her back a couple of days later, it was after lunch hour and before the dinner rush. She told me the same thing. Well I told my mother in law that place will not last longer then a year. So I was not surprised when it went under. I think Walgreens will be of better use. I will tell you, if Arby's and Krystal's don't get it together, they will go under as well.

I could have saw this coming from a mile away. The food was ok, not the best but ok. You just cannot find good help in Portland to make anything work. To me I can not beleive Krystal's is still up and running. Has anyone been in there lately? Talk about a joke....My two cents
