Does ayone know what is going up on the corner of 52 and 31????

I know the guy opening it has a Chester Chicken/ Truckstop in Kentucky and a Subway/Truckstop in MO, so I suspect Tim is correct.

I read on the internet it was going to be a convience store.They have a website posted on the sign at the building site.
