City girl with another hay question....
Ok Portland residents,
I previously asked where to find hay for decorating for Halloween. Now my question is what do I do with it now? Can anyone use it? Is there a certain place to bring it?

You might want to check out a yahoo group called freecycle. Somebody on there was asking about wanting some hay. Hope that helps.
